The new Cudeman Skin master knife is a great tool for field dressing and Butchering~designed specifically for this task is has a thin upswept blade that allows for presicise cutting but the avoidance of puncturing.

The hand is Orange Micarta (for visability) with a mid section of inbedded rubber (for grip). The Knife uses the time tested and very stain resistant 420 steel and is a simple 20degree bevelled edge for ease of maintenance.

All made in Spain, it comes with a quality Leather sheath.
